The full-spectrum doula services offered at Continuity of Care covers the entire range of the human reproductive experience, from menstruation, fertility and fertility management, pregnancy, miscarriage / loss, pregnancy release / abortion, birth and postpartum. My job is to center YOU in your transition through a life-changing experience and make sure your needs are taken care of.

Why the poppies? My daughter's name is Amapola, meaning "poppy" in Spanish. From left to right, the three poppy pictures portray: Papaver rhoeas, Papaver somniferum, and Papaver pinnatifidum.
